BLUE CARD REQUIREMENT

ALL Rep Officials over the age of 18 who are elected to a team where members are minors, MUST hold a current Blue Card or Exemption Card. The MDHA maintains a Blue Card Register as is a requirement of Hockey Queensland and the Government. If elected and you do not hold a Blue Card, you must apply immediately. For assistance contact the MDHA Secretary if required.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Nominations are now open for the following Representative Positions for all divisions from Under 11 to Masters in Men and Women for the 2022 Hockey Season. 

Maryborough Senior and Masters Men's and Women's teams will compete in Queensland State Championships. Maryborough U11 to U18 Teams will compete in Wide Bay Zone Competitions (Dates and Venues TBA).  U11 Boys and Girls also compete in Coulter Shield/Southern Cross in Brisbane in August 2022.

NOTE: State Championships for Under 13, 15, 18 divisions will be contested by Fraser Coast Teams.  See separate nominations for these positions.

By nominating online you are agreeing to fulfill the duties of that position if elected at the AGM.

You will receive an email confirming your nomination. 

Nominations after the closing date will only be accepted should that position remain vacant after the Election of Officers at the AGM.
