Register for 2025 Summer Program 4-12 Year olds ...

Register with the MDHA - Continue below:

1. Choose either Returning Member if previously registered with RevSport (since 2020) or New Member if you have not.

2. Complete details and select "Maryborough & District Hockey Association" from club list.

3. Complete registration process - select the relevant 2025 Summer Competition option from the list 

4. Check out and pay the fee - $60 plus small online fee.

Not affiliated with a club ...

You can register with the MDHA in the following classes only:

• Social Member / Coach / Official / Umpire / Volunteer
• Tomahawk Full Fee or Payment Plan
