The Hockey Queensland Championships for Women will be held at the State Hockey Centre at Colmslie in Brisbane from Friday 1 May to Monday 4 May 2026.

• Nominations after the closing date will only be accepted at the discretion of the Committee
• Nomination fee of $93.47 (including online fees) is mandatory at time of nomination and will be refunded if not selected
• You will receive an email confirming your nomination has been successful            

Note:  All players wishing to be considered for selection in the 2026 QLD Country, 2026 Brisbane Blaze, and 2026 QLD U21 Squads will be required to compete in the Hockey Queensland Championship or seek an exemption as per HQ Selection Policy.
