2026 Registration
Please read before registering:
2026 Fees include Hockey Australia, Hockey Queensland, Insurance and MDHA Levies. All online transaction fees have been included, so no surprise "add-ons" at checkout. The following options for payment are available:
- Full Fee: Pay at registration. For registration types that include Multiple Divisions, no further fees for 2026 will be applied.
- Payment Plan: Pay in three (3) instalments. The first instalment to be paid on Registration includes HA, HQ and Insurance, plus one third of the MDHA fee. You will then be invoiced for 2 further equal installments on 1 May and 1 June. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.
2026 FEE SCHEDULE
- Additional Fee: Players who play more than 5 games in another division will be charged an additional fee in July (not applicable if you choose multiple divisions when registering).

HOW TO REGISTER:
Players are required to register with the club of their choice, click on the Registration Portal link below, then select the club logo required. The only registration types available through the MDHA portal (no club affiliation required) are:
- 2026 Tomahawks (Full Fee / Payment Plan)
- 2026 Non playing Official/Umpire/Coach/Volunteer/Social Member
