Play On! Sports Vouchers

Do you have a Play On! Sports Voucher?

Parents, carers or guardians can apply for a voucher valued up to $200 for their child, which can be used towards sport and active recreation membership, registration or participation fees with registered activity providers.

Maryborough Hockey is a registered activity provider.  So if you have a voucher you can use it when you register your child for hockey.  This means that your fees will be reduced by $200, and you will only have to pay the balance.  You can use your voucher on the following Full Fee Payment options:

• 2026 Juniors 16-18 
• 2026 Juniors 13-15 
• 2026 Juniors 10-12 
• 2026 Tomahawk 

Here's how to claim your discount when you are ready to register:

1. Determine which Payment option is required

2. Provide your voucher to the MDHA or your Club (email or paper copy)

3. Discount code will be provided once voucher is received

4. Commence Registration process, insert Discount Code and click "Apply".  This will generate the reduction to fees.

5. Click "Next Step", complete registration and pay the balance of the fees.

Here's some information about the Vouchers: 

 Play On! Sports Vouchers open twice a year (Summer and Winter). 

  Every Queensland child aged 5 to 17 is eligible for one voucher of $200 per financial year.

  If your child received a Play On! Sports Voucher in Round 1 (August/September 2025), they won’t be eligible for this round  — so there’s no need to jump online when applications open.
