Double & Dual Registration

MDHA Double Club Senior/Junior Regos

Players wishing to register with a second MDHA Club must:

1. Register with your Primary Club first
2. Download the MDHA Double Club Rego Form here, to be completed by your Primary Club
3. Forward completed form to your secondary club
4. Then register with your Secondary Club using "RETURNING MEMBER" option > Double MDHA Registration
5. No charge

Note: System will indicate that HQ & HA fees are payable, however, this will not be charged at checkout, as they will have already been paid with your primary club registration.

DUAL REGISTRATION

Players wishing to register with MDHA as a secondary association, are required to:

1. Seek permission from their primary Club/Association
2. Complete and submit the MDHA Dual Registration Form to the MDHA
3. Once approved by the MDHA, register with your secondary club using the "RETURNING MEMBER" option >Dual Registration
4. Cost on checkout is $84

Note: System will indicate that HQ & HA fees are payable, however, this will not be charged at checkout, as they will have already been paid with your primary club registration.  You will only be required to pay the $84 Dual Rego Fee.
